Amoy.
Following report from His Majesty's Consul at
Contractor is being sent to Amoy by General Officer Commanding at Singapore to recruit indentured Coolies for service in Mesopotamia.
Possible danger that this may clash with proposed recruiting scheme at Weihaiwei though I have no information on the subject.
